ARTICLE 1 : Application of the general term and conditions of sale
The present general conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment.
These general sales conditions are sent to the customer at the same time as the order, to enable him to make his reservation. Any reservation therefore implies full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions to the exclusion of any other document such as brochures, commercial documents, etc..
ARTICLE II : Reservation - Deposit
The customer must confirm his reservation by mail, email or online platform, accompanied by payment by credit card or cheque for 100% of the amount of the stay / activity. In the absence of payment, the establishment does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of the reserved spaces/activities.
ARTICLE III : Organisation of the reservation
Access: The spaces will be made available to beneficiaries from 3 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure at noon. Any exceeding of this time can involve the invoicing of an additional night. Specific activities (fishing, competitions, etc.) will be subject to separate access.
No-show: No-shows (services ordered but not cancelled) will be invoiced on the basis of the total stay.
ARTICLE IV : Long stay
In case of a long stay (more than one week), one invoice will be established per week.
ARTICLE V: Modification of benefits
Any request to modify the services in relation to the reservation made must be addressed in writing to the establishment. The modification can only be accepted and confirmed according to the availability of the establishment at the time of the request.
ARTICLE VI: Total or partial cancellation
The change of date of the stay is considered as a total cancellation and gives place to the application of the cancellation conditions.
Whatever the reason, the deposit will be refunded up to 14 days before the start of the stay.
Less than 14 days to 24H from the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept and will be valid for a next stay in the calendar year.
After this period, the reservation becomes a "no-show" (service ordered not cancelled or cancelled within 24 hours of arrival), the full amount of the stay will then be requested.
In case of force majeure (accident, death, medical reasons...), the campsite will return, upon presentation of proof, the amount of the deposit paid.
Partial cancellation :
In the case of a shortened stay, a postponed arrival date, a modified number of persons or any other fact modifying the original booking contract, the deposit paid will neither be refunded nor deducted from the invoice, these constituting a means of cancellation. The balance of the stay initially reserved will be requested.
ARTICLE VII: Displacement
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to have all or part of the participants accommodated in a hotel or place of equivalent proximity and category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining the responsibility of the establishment, which may not be sought in payment of any additional compensation.
ARTICLE VIII : Prize
Rates are expressed in euros including all taxes. The confirmed rates on the reservation request are firm until the option exercise end date. After this period, they may be modified according to economic conditions. The applicable rates are then those in force the day of the realization of the service. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc.
ARTICLE IX: Promotional stay
Promotions only on the Internet cannot be combined, modified or cancelled and are valid at the price and dates indicated. Special conditions: the information relating to the customer's bank card is necessary to benefit from these promotions. Any modification or cancellation is impossible after the reservation. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the package is due.
ARTICLE X: Method of payment
The conditions of payment of the prize are divided as follows:
The service is invoiced and paid in advance and becomes final, neither cancelable nor refundable 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
ARTICLE XI : Insurance - damage - breakage - theft
The client must ensure the custody of his goods and equipment. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any deterioration for which it would be at the origin. He is responsible for all damage caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in the event of damage to the premises made available, (room, common areas (such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, lounge, sanitary facilities, etc...) to bear the costs of restoration.
ARTICLE XII : Recommendations
The client undertakes not to invite any person whose behaviour is likely to harm the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The client undertakes to ensure that the participants and their guests respect all the rules and regulations of the establishment (in particular the internal regulations posted at the entrance to the establishment). The client shall ensure that the participants do not disrupt the operation of the institution or endanger the security of the institution or the persons in it.
ARTICLE XII : Force majeure
The establishment may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them because of an event of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the establishment, strike etc....
ARTICLE XIV: Video protection
